Located off of I-70 amidst the Rocky Mountains and bordering Lake Dillon, the hotel is central to all the major ski resorts including Keystone, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin and Loveland Ski Areas. Our sleeping rooms contain an iron/board, hairdryer, dataport, voicemail, coffee/maker and ski racks. The hotel has a restaurant, lounge, 3250 square feet of banquet space and an atrium consisting of an indoor pool, two hot tubs, a dry sauna, game room and fitness center. Our banquet space contains an intimate boardroom and a traditional ballroom.
The hotel is being renovated into Colorado's first Holiday Inn Resort scheduled for completion in early 2011. The full renovation will includes guest rooms, meeting space, restaurant/bar, public areas, recreational areas and exterior.
