This is our largest meeting room featuring 3,075 square feet of flexible space. State-of-the-art retractable partitions can transform this space into three equal-sized breakout rooms in minutes. With our movable wood dance floor we can turn it into the perfect space for a wedding or casual reception. The room also features a built in audio system and free available High Speed Wireless and DSL Internet connection perfect for any meeting or lecture. Capitol Hall is located on the main floor and has a private hallway great for setting up registration areas. If you are planning a small dinner party or having a small group meeting then the St. Anthony room is perfect with 1,369 square feet of space. It can accommodate up to 60 guests for banquet style and is also perfect for meeting groups of 25-30 guests. This room is also located on the first floor down the hall from the Capitol room and is fully equipped for High Speed Wireless and DSL Internet connections. Located in the front of the St. Anthony room is a convenient pull-down screen for slide shows or power points. The John Ireland room is one of our two boardrooms and is located on the main floor in between the Capitol Hall and St. Anthony rooms. It is great for a conference style meeting with comfortable seating for 10 guests and an enclosed white board at the head of the room. We also have a full-service restaurant if you would like to enjoy a delicious meal in this private meeting room.
Located on the second floor the Sibley room is ideal for a small to medium size function with 912 square feet of space. It is perfect for meeting groups wanting to have an open-square or U-shape style seating arrangement. This room has a large pull-down screen at the head of the room. Additional audio/visual equipment rental is available as well as full Food & Beverage Catering services.
The Ramsey room is our other boardroom which is larger and located on the second floor. Solid oak boardroom-style table and leather chairs provide comfortable seating for 12 guests. This room was newly remodeled in 2005 with brand-new drapes, wall décor and furniture. It is equipped with a large enclosed white board at the head of the room and has an available phone line for making conference calls.
