Not much to like about a grimy room with poor air conditioning

The breakfast is sooo good, it’s like a breakfast buffet ! We enjoyed the red velvet mini waffles with the toppings and whipped cream! The indoor pool was clean! The room was clean! The Bed and sofa coach was super comfy! The customer service was awesome

The commode flaper would not seal. Evertime it was used had to open tank to stop. Even then it did not stop at times. Keep me awake with its constant flushing to replenish its water. Tub was slippery in the bottom.

This was my 3rd visit to Hyatt! We always make this location our pick to celebrate birthdays in Birmingham. We like that it’s connected to the mall and only a few mins walk to Dave and Busters.
