This hotel is disgusting inside and outside. The grounds of the hotel is trash and looks very unkept with weeds and trash everywhere. The side door leading into the hotels first floor is always open and unlocked. Not saying much for security. Anyone could walk into hotel unannounced. There were hundreds of bugs, beetles, roaches, and flys littering the hallways and even in my hotel room. It was disgusting and nasty. Doesn’t really make me excited to eat breakfast or any meal at the hotel when I have beetles right underneath my table. I tried the pool but again there was so many cigarette butts scattered all around the pool deck. There were even cigarettes floating inside the pool. The entire hotel just felt and looked grossed. I expressed my complaints to the front desk and asked for a discount and they said there was nothing they could do. I feel like for this low standard of hospitality and cleanliness I am getting ripped off big time. Spending hundreds of dollars being in a place with such negligence and uncleanliness.

Buda is a great place to stay for exploring Central Texas.
Buda is a great place to stay for exploring Central Texas. The town had a wonderful Saturday market with local artists and a farmer’s market on Sunday morning. There was a beautiful park with lots to do for kids. Great restaurants and very friendly folks. I can’t wait to visit again!

Small town feel with all conveniences of a bigger town.
Small town feel with all conveniences of a bigger town. Our 1st time visiting. Great location! 30 min to Austin, 1 hr to San Antonio, 1 1/2 to Fredericksburg & Round Top. We were able to visit so many places during our stay. Loved Summer Moon coffee shop and Donut place a few doors down. Found some great things at Vintage shop on Main St. Premium Outlet shops close by too for those not into vintage. Food trucks galore around town. This place will be growing in the near future! Definitely can't wait to come back for some more R&R!!

We were on the way to Austin and didn't have too much time to spend in Buda but went to the downtown area and it was very historic and interesting in appearance and a very nice, scenic park with a walking trail was located in the downtown area.

While in Buda I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites, I ate at Hat Creek Burgers with my family. It was delicious! I also visited the Wal Mart and the Cabella's store. My experience was great! Our family lives in South Austin, so we will stay here again.

Perfect halfway point between DFW and Corpus Christie area.
Perfect halfway point between DFW and Corpus Christie area. Took the Austin toll road bypass, to 45, then to 35 and landed right in Buda. Close enough to Austin attractions without having to stay in the city with all the traffic.
Great for a family! The breakfast was really good! Staff was so kind! The guy who runs the breakfast such a hard worker! Indoor pool and hot tub was good. Guest laundry was great too. My 11 year old even went down a few times with requests and all the staff was so nice! Location great! Town of Buda was charming! Great stay!!!!
I was charged twice and no one has contacted me regarding my refund. I booked this hotel a second time, to give it a change, a week later, and the front desk clerk did not know anything about my refund and did not provide me an opportunity to meet with a manager. She just gave me an email to contact.
Hotel was very nice. Clean! Updated. Nice beds. But it was kind of random the location, behind burger king and shell gas station. Its fight bext to a fire station and (2) hospitals which makes you feel safe. Staff was polite and greeted us each time we went in and out.
Breakfast was delish. Enjoyed convenience of location to restaurants and cafes but did not enjoy access to entry to hotel. Several rigs blocked entry and exit to hotels parking area. Employees were super helpful with requests made to them. Enjoyed our stay there.
Location was easy to get to and very convenient to get back on to the interstate. The manager was very nice and easy to talk with. He seemed very happy with his hotel. This hotel accepts pet and the pet deposit was very reasonable. Rooms were a good size.
Everything. I had to leave a hotel at 9:45 at night because of the conditions. When I arrived the young lady was very gracious the room was great thank you for being so accommodating after having such a bad experience at the other establishment.
The rooms were a good size & staff was very friendly. I had ordered a King room, but the bed was a Queen size. I didn't know hotels had rooms with 1 Queen bed - those rooms usually come with 2 Queens. No problem, just surprised.
Breakfast was the only functioning aspect of my stay consistent with my past experiences at other Holiday Inn hotels. You should advertise this facility as a breakfast restaurant not a hotel.
No breakfast at this location.
Found roaches in our room. The room still warm during the stay to was not happy with it that it was controlled by the hotel. Don't plan to stay there anymore
It was quiet, bed was comfortable. Lots of hot water to shower and good towels.
I have stayed at more expensive hotels that did not meet these requirements.
