Great motel with a lot of little extras. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a friendly check -in. Our room had a working record player with vintage records and a smores kit complete with fire starters and marshmallow sticks. There was a fire pit right outside nestled in a beautiful gardens patio. Everything was very clean and the pillows on the bed were super comfy.

The room was clean when we arrived. The staff is friendly. The complimentary breakfast was decent. The best part of breakfast was the waffles. And coffee was actually decent.
We liked that the hotel was close to everywhere we needed to go, although Ithaca is not a huge city. We were in town to tour Cornell, but we were able to squeeze in a drive to the falls.
