There was a very nice young man who worked the front desk who tried to assist us with the issues we were having with the room. The coffee station in the lobby and the seating areas outside.

Breakfast was good, probably the highlight of the place, with plenty of options (including an automatic pancake maker!). The hotel was located across the street from a plaza that included a grocery store, and the room had a microwave and mini-fridge, so we were able to get inexpensive food and save and reheat leftovers. The beds were quite comfortable, the room was spacious, and the Wi-Fi was solid.

The location is perfect if you’re planning on going to a Reds game during your stay! The room was also very spacious and nice and cold when we slept.
