Front clerk not nice. Requested non smoking room, but smelled if cigarettes. Very noisy both from guest and train close by. Advertised breakfast (eggs, sausage, toast, cereal etc.) but when we went to eat all that was available (thus was at 7:45am) one hard boiled egg, 3 little cheerios packs, and a trace of waffle batter. No scrambled eggs, juice machine was turned around and not available, no fruit…if you are going to advertise breakfast, you need to provide it. Walking around downtown was nice and we had a delicious lunch from the truck, “Noam’s table” which is parked at the Depot ( felafel and other delicious and filling fare). Cheyenne was great, a wonderful place to visit. We took the scenic ride to the Medicine Bow national forest. What's not to like about any place in Wyoming.
