It was a middle class neighborhood but there were no issues.

It was a middle class neighborhood but there were no issues. The parking was a little steep and it was hard to carry my suitcases in due to my knee issues but there was railing to help. It was a close drive to the Ark. Plently of shopping & food nearby. Inside the house was decorated very well; cute. Comfortable enough to spread out and enjoy more room than a motel. It was nice to have a washer and dryer also. There was also the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen so you can prepare your own meals if desired. It was too cool for us to use but there is a nice deck. We had plenty of towels but no washcloths; fortunately we had brought some with us. It's also pretty close to Cincinnati without having to stay in a large city.

The beds were covered in hair and couch in toenail clippings in the first room. The second room they moved us to didn't have a door that shut in the bathroom. I didn't want to move rooms again. My family just dealt with it. It didn't appear that room one was cleaned. It looked like they just remade the beds and added toiletries. The staff did move us to the second room very quickly. It is the only reason that I didn't give them the lowest score.

The breakfast is good with scrabbled box eggs sausage waffles fruit cereal coffee. and some Yogurt. The bed was like most were too high and difficult for my spouse to get in without a chair. I would have liked a 2nd chair in the room. Parking was easy and the layout of the building was nice and compact. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper because the floors are not insulated. The front desk was friendly and able to let us stay an extra night without having to change rooms AAA+. The best value in town with many restaurants and gas stations nearby. Only a 10-minute ride to the ARK encounter.

Terrible! The pictures if the location is NOT true!

Terrible! The pictures if the location is NOT true! There is NO maintenance on the rooms and building. One lamp shade looked like someone had been murdered in the room-yes I have pictures. There is more…. Holes in sheet rock, spot painted walls, rat dropping in the dresser, dirty floors, extremely slow internet, floor coming up and ANTS! Ants around the coffee station but the ants on the room was BAD. We had to cover the floor with a vinegar mixture then they came out with ant spray. The Lady manager cleaned a room the next morning for us - she was nice and trying to work with what she had. The male “manager”-“GM” was a pure excuse for management. He does NOT have any customer service. He is confrontational and lies with every sentence. The only reason we didn’t leave-it was the only place within an hour from the ARK that was available with our budget. When I think of The RedRoof Inn I think false advertisement!

Although Dry Ridge is a smaller town it had a Walmart and fast food as well as Kelly's restaurant and a Cracker Barrel. Kelly's was excellent! In Williamstown, there was nice antique stores. Surrounding towns were quaint, and the drive wonderful. They even had a Kohl's not far...and a Kroger Marketplace.

Everyone who worked in the hotel, from the desk to the housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful. We were staying for our wedding, had many many friends and family in from out of town and they were more than accommodating, letting us continue our celebration for 2 nights as long as we were respectful. Helped us park our trailers out back, gave us recommendations. It was the perfect weekend. Thank you!

We loved how clean, organized, and cozy this home felt. Coming from a long 12.5 hour drive to KY and arriving to this home was beautiful, I immediately felt like I was at “Home”. Judy was very helpful and fantastic! I’m glad I chose this home instead of a hotel! My kids are all under 5 and they loved it too, and didn’t want to leave.

We went to Noah's Ark so the location was perfect. We ate at 5 different restaurants and they were very good. The house was big for 4 people. So much better than staying at a hotel. It was quite and private.
