I liked that it was well lit. As soon as you walk in it is bright and looks clean. Even the parking area looked clean.

This hotel is within a 15 minute walk from Hawaiian Gardens Casino and one mile from Interstate 605. It features a hot tub and rooms include free Wi-Fi and premium cable TV.

It was clean, quiet, plenty of parking lots of amenities for guests, breakfast and a small store for snacks and such. I highly recommend staying here. We came from a different location that was filthy and I was so happy with this stay.

The facility was filthy the tvs didn't even have a guide lol the staff obviously lives at the hotel and stare into your room every time they walk by if you have your blinds open , asked for handicap accessible room and got put in a room that smelt of mold and a bathtub that was atleast 2 ft high to step over with no handle and no ice machine on premises also coffee maker in room Had black mold honestly makes a joke of a big hotel name trash all around the trees . Horrible

Super disappointed with the customer service not of the staff but of their “Manager” EMANUEL C. During my one week stay, the AC did not work, the phone was broken, so I had a difficult time getting a hold of the front staff. The blow dryer was broken. Housekeeping wasn’t cleaning my room. I made multiple requests. I asked to speak to the manager and they said they would have him call me back, which he never did. Yet, when I finally did, he truly lacked the customer service skills. There was no one above him who I could speak to. He literally had the audacity to make faces at me, like a little boy! Told me to simply write a bad yelp review. I simply don’t understand how he got this manager position?! How is he running this hotel and is allowing to tell guests to simply right bad reviews instead of resolving the issues. A simple apology would have been nice but instead he was lying to my face! Super annoyed of how unprofessional he handled the whole situation and there was cameras, if you are the owner reading this, I advise you to please go back and watch the video. This took place on (May 10th on a Sunday).
