The check in lady was rude, dressed unprofessionally, seemed totally frustrated to bother checking anyone in. We waited at the empty desk for a long time. She snapped at us some directions to the elevator that left us unsure of where to go and signage was unclear. Otherwise stay was pleasant.

We were pulling an r.v. and wanted a room at front of building close to room and well lit. Hotel was very empty. He put us at the very back close to alley and dark. The man was rude and treated us like we were unwelcome.
