I like that the place was able to fulfill our request to have two rooms together so we could have family close. I also liked that the windows were able to be opened and the rooms were generally pretty clean.

The staff was excellent. They were professional, kind, and attentive. The lady who prepares breakfast makes sure to ask if everything is okay.

Breakfast was ok. Needed more options on the menu same as for the dinner menu. Not really kid friendly in food choices.

This hotel and stay was our best ever. Rooms are clean and comfortable and soooo cute. The staff all were helpful, friendly with wonderful smiles.
Our only issue is that we drive a large truck that was tight to park but all worked out. Would love to plan another visit as soon as possible.
Thank you to the entire staff

Thus was the worst hotel for the price we've ever stayed in.
Thus was the worst hotel for the price we've ever stayed in. There were roaches in our room, had to keep asking for towels because there were none in the room and we were there for four days. We were able to switch rooms after the first night of complaining of roaches in the room. The bugs were also in the second room as well but figured by then it was a roach motel. Will not stay nor recommend this hotel to anyone. I did get the picture of the roaches because they ran. But was able to get the picture of the wall outlet hanging by the wires in the floor.

Merced seems like a nice town.
Merced seems like a nice town. I thought it was safe and the people were friendly. Though I didn't really come to enjoy the town itself but rather to go to Yosemite National Park. So the proximity to the park is great.

I love the place but it looks deserted.
I love the place but it looks deserted. It's hard to walk around if you don't have a map. a car or navigation. I have to drive to Union City Best Buy just to buy laptop because I can't find any laptop in Merced, Modesto and Stacy.
I found comfort in Denny's restaurant. I thank them for their out door service.

I really liked that there were restaurants close by.
I really liked that there were restaurants close by. The one I had breakfast at was full of country goodness. I stuffed myself on grilled pork chops with a side of cinnamon fried apples, country red skinned potatoes loaded with red and green bell peppers and onions, creamy grits topped with bacon and cheese and a HUGE homemade biscuit. If you haven't figured out where I'm talking about...its Black Bear Diner! And the coffee was HOT! 🥰
So we pay a cleaning fee and the second week in a row, not cleaned mid week. Unless they consider clean town...Bed wasn’t made, tooth paste still in the sink...Obvious someone is pocketing the cleaning money and rooms arnt being cleaned. No breakfast either. Keep using the excuse Covid when Denny’s next door is open and busier than all get out and a little hotel won’t serve breakfast because of Covid? Poor poor excuse for a hotel!!! 😡😡😡😡
The hotel room is in tip-top shape - clean, cozy, and has everything you need for a comfy stay. The Dove products are fantastic. They have a pleasant fragrance and make you feel like you're in a spa. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it's seriously delicious and has all the yummy stuff you want to start your day off right.
It was a hotel people live in and sell drugs out of and prostitute. It was basically a brothel with drug users everywhere. Doing drugs in the parking lot. And prostitute's in the hallway with their pimp. Just disgusting. Even if it was a apartment it wouldn't be livable. I would ask for a return but I felt like I wouldn't get one
Location was good. Hotel is a little dated and needs refurbishment but understand this is going to be done. Good choices for breakfast and the rooms was large and very comfortable. Front desk were great and very helpful.
The ease of checking in. The amenities the hotel offers but what are are all the pluses if I can't get into my room, the reason I initially booked the stay.
