The cottage was a perfect place to rest after a long day of horse showing! Way better than a hotel!

Had a really wonderful stay here - the house was clean, comfortable, and very easy to navigate (e.g. the front door code, TV, hot tub, heating system). It's located on a quiet street just a short drive from town. Also love how dog-friendly it is! Would absolutely stay here again.

Place was dirty. Bedding stains had to change rooms. Other room was just newer no closet to hang clothes. Not so clean. Staff was only interested in the money.
We loved the property set in the country. It has a wonderful 70’s vibe, staff was fabulous and very friendly. The lite breakfast included was delicious. Overall it was quiet, restful and relaxing . Pet friendly. Explored art in the area at Art Omi, Foreland, galleries in Hudson and artists homes of Hudson River School. It isn’t fancy, but clean and comfortable.
We would have liked if there was more food options on property and better restaurants close by. We thought it was inexpensive and a great value. We extended our stay we had such a good time and would return.

Scenic, spacious and lively town.
Scenic, spacious and lively town. There’s a 24 hour wall mart which really helps with late night grocery needs and Kaaterskill Falls is phenomenal and convenient to travel to. There’s also Overlook Mountain which has a nice array of trails and a monastery.
The owner, who also staffed the front desk when we arrived, was really friendly and helpful. He offered several suggestions for dinner at nearby restaurants and other tips about the area. The grounds are lovely, and the newly built firepit looks terrific, although we did not try it. The beanbag toss was also fun and fit in with the general relaxed theme of the Lodge. The owner has great plans for the future, having just purchased the property in recent months.
Easy access to Woodstock.
We never try the breakfast, not breakfast people but other guests seem to enjoy it

I am a YouTube Creator, The Cheshire Cat 1848; I made a recent video to premiere soon featuring some of the footage of my stay. I am starting to learn animation, all my animations born sitting on the balcony of this hotel looking out over a sparkling pool and trees. Thank you for all the inspiration this summer. Home away from room 133 is the best spot in the place
Probably the largest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. Upgrades have been made and you can tell. We enjoyed the firepits outdoors as well as the electric 'fire place' in the rooms. The restaurant should open soon, which is another plus - especially with the nice outdoor tables. The pool looked like a good size, too. So certainly something to enjoy in the summer months.
This was a great place to stay on our trip from Montreal to New York. Quite a unique little Motel with really friendly staff and lots of nice little personal touches which really set it apart from the big chain hotels. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the pool is really nice too! I can really recommend a stay here.
You don't expect much from a hotel in this price range, but it was really an amazing experience.
Super clean, amazing staff, cozy lobby, great outdoors with a food truck, bar and a huge fire pit.
Also: it was the quickest internet I've seen in my life - just make sure you are close to the router.
The breakfast was cute, the amenities provided were wonderful. Firepits, pool - although too cool to enjoy most - we had a great time. The hotel was close to the hiking trail and other amenities. It was a girls getaway and one we hope to do again and longer!
Perfect little apartment, exceptionally clean and hosts were very friendly and readily available when needed. Great location, quiet and near many attractions, walking trails, lakes and swimming holes. Definitely need a car to get around the area.
The staff was very friendly, check-in and check-out were very easy. There is a nice bar near the motel.
There is also breakfast included - bagels, coffee, etc.
Location is good: 20 mins drive to the Hunter ski lifts.
The location was ideal for an event on Palenville. it is a charming old fashioned lodge, definitely showing it’s age but parts of it are being updated. Fire pit and corn hole and movie night are nice additions.
Located near a rushing stream and waterfall, this classic home was updated and comfortable. The owners were extremely nice and accommodating. Near beautiful scenery and historic towns, highly recommended.
Hotel staff are doing a lot of renovations and we were glad to see that. Hotel is a little dated and worn but it looks like they are doing their best to update it. The rooms are spacious and were clean.
We loved everything at this hotel! Super nice pool. Staff were very friendly, hard working. Conveniently located. Felt like summer camp for adults, with way more comfort. ;)
