The front desk agent who checked us in was super helpful and did all the right things!! Used my name, asked opened ended questions, and gave us suggestions and tips and tricks for the plans we had during out trip!
We also loved that the pool was heated and that there was complimentary breakfast every morning! Those Cinnamon rolls were bomb!!
Loved the experience and loved that it was pretty much across the street from six flags!

The rooms were nice and big. The beds were pretty comfortable. The pool is heated, and the hot tub is pretty big and nice. The breakfast was really good. It's probably one of the best free hotel breakfasts I have had. I like how they have a happy hour where you can have some chips, salsa, and some veggies. Plus, adults get 2 free drinks from the bar. The staff were all very friendly. The location was good. Just 6 minutes or so from Magic Mountain. The food from the bar was good.

Loved this hotel, Super close to Magic Mountain and close to LA but far enough away from all the city chaos. We stayed for a week and used this as our "home base" while we traveled to different parts of the state. Breakfast was beyond amazing every day and the room and staff were all so super nice. The suite was big and had everything we needed while we were there. Room was spotless when we arrived and they take great pride in making sure the entire hotel is very clean

I booked non- smoking rooms.
I booked non- smoking rooms. Room 242 very very bad like nasty smoke smell and whatever in that room. I complained to the front desk and she gave us room 245, it's better room than 242. Today, my room 241: I used the toilet and it flooded the room. So they switch me to another room 234. Omg! Room 234 is just as bad as room 242 yesterday. Room 234 that they switch me into I can smell paint and smoke in that room that making me not able to breath. So now, how am I going sleep in that room if I can't breathe.

Shift front desk Receptionist was very rude and disrespectful to a tired and exhausted customers who just pulled off the road from a long drive from wherever they drove from. It had filthy carpets.
It had filthy carpets. I didn’t want to walk barefoot on them. Cockroach in bathroom broken TV falling off wall. No breakfast. I should have gotten a rate cut. But nobody there in am when we left. Our first room we didn’t see cause key battery dead so sent to 124. Also the property has litter under stairs and parking lot. I have stayed at nicer Days Inns for a lot less money. This was an expensive disappointment

I liked the location, right off the highway. The place was dirty- bath towels and sheets were worn and gray. I was not sure if the sheets were washed. The hardwood floor had plenty of hairs. If you can't get a hotel room in Santa Clarita/Stevenson...
If you can't get a hotel room in Santa Clarita/Stevenson Ranch, Castaic is just 5 minutes north, and costs less. Since I would be traveling north on Interstate 5 early the next morning, it gave me a little jump on journey.

Sometimes the room keys don’t work, the floor makes your feet dirty, and the Wi-Fi is actually terrible. It’s free for a reason. The towels are the cheapest you can get, and the water in the sink is rarely ever cold. I asked for 3 towels and the guy at the front said he didn’t know if he had 3.
