Our room was filthy and disgusting but after a day of 8 hours in the car we couldn’t be bothered to move rooms or hotels. The sheets seemed clean. But that was about it

The first room we were given was not acceptable. The shower door was broken and the shower itself was dirty and mold was present. The clerk on duty was exceptional and immediately moved us to another room. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
The worst toilet paper and tissues. Hot breakfast was terrible. Biscuits like hockey pucks, eggs were tasteless and turkey sausage was aweful. Vending machines had poor choices and didn't have credit card payment option.

They refused us because of our autistic son wanting to swim but not stay the night. Horrible staff horrible experience. I will never stay at ANY Holiday Inn because of this visit.... NEVER AGAIN!
We may still contact an attorney.
Very good quality breakfast, but limited selection compared to a city hotel in pre-pandemic times. Also greatly appreciated that TV in breakfast room was NOT tuned to a Fox channel. Room was spotless and very quiet. Appreciate the high quality of the body gel and shampoo (see pertinent negative aspects elsewhere). Also appreciated the popcorn, cookies and ice cream available in the evening.
Great location near the interstate for an overnight stop if you are driving long distance. The breakfast is included with room. The free parking is also very useful. They have a bunch of parking spots that come in handy. There is also a fuel station (gas pump) in front of the hotel. So you can sleep over night and hit the road with with a full stomach as well as a full tank of gas.
Currently free breakfasts are so limited at all hotels these days that I didn't even try any breakfast at my recent stop here. The location is very convenient to I-80 for quick off-on, and the room was adequate for what I needed--a place to rest my head after a long day of driving. The bathroom and shower were clean.
We have driven across the country spending 10 nights in chain hotels which provide breakfast each night. By far this Hampton was the best. The Manager’s Reception on Tuesday even was welcome and the breakfast the next morning was the best we encountered on our trip.
The room was very clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast area was large and ckean. Breakfast options were good. Hot food was hot and plentiful. Other hotels should take a lesson from you😊
It was a pretty decent hotel for a super eight however, I’ve been noticing lately that a lot of Wyndham hotels are just not in decent shape, and a little worn down and kind of dirty.
