I love your breakfast. The location is right for our training site, close to so many restaurants, and convenient to get on I-4.
Thank you for accommodating our need for one unit without extra charge when I originally booked 2. I wasn't sure whether more could be coming.

The hotel is unlike any I have ever stayed in, the breakfast consists of sugary cereal, stale bread for toasting, watered down Orange juice that is like yellow coloured water, and instant coffee, the rooms are very old, dated and dirty, the sinks and bathroom was mouldy, there was ill fitting curtains, which did not look like they had ever been changed, the linen on the beds had burn holes in and the towels were stained. After 24 hours I received an email saying my booking had been cancelled and when I queried this was told this was an admin error, 2 hours later 2 males entered my room with a key that they had been given by reception, so they then updated my room on their system so that this could not happen again, the management were not apologetic at all as they had already received my money. The only places to eat locally are a McDonald's and a waffle house, no good if you counting calories, there is no public transport so you would definitely need a car if you find yourself unlucky enough to be stuck here.mummyfluffUnited Kingdom

The pool was very clean and refreshing on those hot Florida days. The property manager was very responsive and answered any questions I had. I can’t wait to head back. BTW they have made some updates to the pool area and it looks amazing. I really can’t say enough about this property.

I was in Deltona to visit my dad in Hospice so I had to find something cheap for the night. However, I found this hotel and I must say I was very pleased with my stay it was NOTHING like the one by my house. I’ll be returning soon.

Not too far from highway park right there to walk too only thing that could make this perfect is if the pool was finished n ready to swim in. Because the day I wanted to go to beach the temperature dropped significantly from the day before.

The Deltona home felt like a home away from home. The beds felt so comfy. The kitchen had everything you needed. The porch near the pool was so nice! The couches were comfortable and a nice place to sit outside during the day. The wifi was great.
