My husband fell in the handicapped shower which was walk in and very slippery. I reported it to the front desk. They stated they would call back but no one did so i reported it again as we left. I would like to have compensation if possible for the hurt that my husband endured.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who is middle class and above. Altho the outside seemed well taken care of as far as maintenance, the room left much to be comfortable with. The carpet was disgusting, the room smelled musty and was probably moldy if one took the time to look. It most definitely was NOT handicapped accessible. The "breakfast" was cold food only. The afternoon clerk was hospitable and helpful, friendly. Management in the morning could not speak English, did not smile, were dirty appearing.

The breakfast consist of stale pastries, microwaved biscuits and extremely weak coffee. My room (last room on the end 117? From the office), tho the bed was comfortable, was full of roaches and spiders. The ceiling in the bathroom is falling in and the carpet is so stained you can't tell what the original color used to be. This is a 2 star hotel charging 3 star rates.

The best part was Carters chicken , the pulled chicken off the bone was fantastic . There was a lot of fast food areas and everything was closed on Sunday. The town was nice and walking around was cool

They don't have a Bank of America & I had to travel to Tallahassee. They are also limited with shopping selections as there was no Ross, TJ Maxx or Marshall's. It's a small town but at least they had a Wal-Mart.

The bed was extremely comfortable.
The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming which made my stay all the better. I commend the works at Hampton Inn for doing such an awesome job for their excellent customer service.
The room was gross. There was hair in bed sheet and on comforter . Shower had hair in it. Room smell horrible asked office staff for refund he refused. So I contacted my bank for a stop payment on 2nd night. Had to stay first due to no where to go. Second night went to clean hotel down the road.
In town for an FSU game. Stayed outside of Tallahassee due to the price gouging of hotels on game weekends. It’s about a 40 minute easy drive to Tallahassee and price was much more affordable. A few places around to get a quick bite to eat. Hotel was quiet.
i asked for the double bed when i arrived at the hotel there was none available . the wifi did not work either; it showed up on my available but i ended up having to use my cell phone hot spot
