The absolute worst place I've ever stayed. Staff was rude (the are all family),even had children underage working here. TV did not work, sheets were stained with cigarette hole burns in them. Towels were gross, stained. Toilet was disgusting, refrigerator was leaking water all over the floor. The 2nd bed didn't even have bedding upon arrival. Different color hairs all over the bed, stains on pillows. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! I slept in my clothes and shoes

Midlothian is a quiet little town not far from the big city but I personally enjoyed it. Kim and Jenny’s restaurant was delicious. Folks we welcoming and who doesn’t live a drive thru donut shop! My favorite was the wide open spaces such a beautiful picture.
It was an ok room for the price. I was in. town and needed a place to stay for one night and they was the cheapest. The front counter lady accidentally gave me a room where someone was still living in. I opened the door and was shocked to see people in the room. But she apologized and gave me another room. It was kind of wierd but at that point I was tired and just needed somewhere to sleep, cause I had been on the road driving for hours. Overall the room was fair for the price.
We had always stayed at the Marriott in Midlothian. For some reason, it has become outrageously expensive. We gave America's Best Value a try and it was comfortable and clean. The only reason we would not stay here, would be that they will not guarantee a first floor room. It is an old property, but has new flooring. Check in was very efficient.
This was my 2nd time staying here. The hotel is clean, fairly quiet and close to the venue I was attending a show at. It is reasonably priced as well. I will be a repeat customer.
They had availability, due to a drag racing competition in Waxahachie, Texas there were no other hotels that had a room. We were there for a funeral on the following day.
