It was a terrible room. Fridge didn’t keep water cold. Lights all didn’t work and the ones that did had 15 watt bulbs in them so couldn’t read. Pillows were two in a bed but very poor and lumpy. Carpet was ripped and nails protruding between room and bathroom where I stepped in bare feet and got a nail in the foot. Not too deep and I had peroxide and alcohol with me plus bandages as hubby is on blood thinners. Better me than him to step on the nail. Dreadfully old and out dated motel.

Very nice mattress. It ends there. VERY dirty and/or worn finishes. Stained pillowcase, lots of chipped/damaged surfaces. Had a "vagrant" come ask me for the final $14 he owed on his room while getting out of my car. Later saw him enjoying himself at a restaurant I went to! The beds was very comfortable although I don’t know about the pillows as we always bring ours from home. The breakfast was very good. There was a very nice selection of food to eat. The front desk staff were very friendly and very cooperative. The location is great too; good restaurants nearby. All in all, a very good experience. Front service could have been better when it comes to stereotyping. Not once but twice the lady had to clarify no smoking in the room. Despite booking a non-smoking room. I came into town to attend the State fair and this hotel was 17mins from the location. The beds were very comfy. The location is the great, there are plenty of stores and restaurants near by. Also I was able to sign into my Netflix on the TV. Wifi was very easy, there was no password required. Disliked · Where do I began! First I noticed small pieces of food on the floor by the AC unit. There were stains a towel and on the wall, that was very visible. Safe to say housekeeping need to do a better job! Second it took at least 5 mins for the water in the shower to get hot and even than it was not very hot, not even to make the bathroom area steamy. The elevator was broke. For this to be a fairly new renovated hotel, it needs a lot of upgrades. Will I stay here again? I will not! The food on the floor and the stains on the walls and towel just made the whole room feel nasty and who wants to stay at a nasty hotel.StephanieUnited States of America

We asked if there were any paper plates available to heat some things in the microwave and he quickly produced some plates from the breakfast area. The room was very clean and the beds were to die for. Breakfast was one of th3 best we jave encountered in our travels. We will make this our go to hotel when we are in the McDonough Georgia area.
