The staff was very accommodating. Those that cleaned our room did an excellent job. Nothing, absolutely nothing, was missing. The beds were made so well that you literally could bounce a quarter off of them as they do in the army.

I booked this hotel instead of the Motel 6 because of the breakfast. The breakfast consisted of a thermos of coffee and your choice of a mini-muffin (not a full size muffin) or a snackbar and a sign said take one only (I am not making this up). A picture of the breakfast bar on the booking, com website (now removed, possibly because I pointed it out) showed a cereal dispenser and a waffle iron. When I complained the clerk stated they had not received a permit yet. When I asked for a credit the clerk stated thus was a standard Super 8 breakfast, an obviously false statement and refused to give me a ten dollar credit. The grounds are in poor condition, the sink leaked dirty water out of the wall after a shower. The room had a very strong disinfectant smell that burnt my eyes the first day until I could air the room out. When I pointed the smell out, the clerk said it was the disinfectant, again almost zero sympathetic reaction to attempt to solve a customer request. The room was clean if devoid of furniture and the bed was reasonably comfortable. No maid service during stay. If I paid $60 I would be more sympathetic but $90 for the first two weekday nights and $100 for an added third night was too much. I will go with the Motel 6 if I ever return to Blythe.
This poor town is incredibly depressed. The hotel was AWFUL, and Domino's pizza tried to charge me $35 for a medium pizza, then suddenly dropped it to $13.99 when I said, "$35!?". More than half of the businesses are closed/condemned!

The most important thing was that Blythe is close to Quartzite, Arizona. we were visiting a very large yearly gem and mineral show there. Another highlight of Blythe is the Sizzler restaurant, very good food.

Well Blythe is Blythe, for the 50 years I have been going through there, the typical response is I'm sorry when I tell people I am going to or through Blythe. With that being said, I had no issues, the hotel was very nice and convenient, and the girl who checked us in recommended Garcia's restaurant that I would rate the mexican food a 10.

My family's reason for going to Blythe was to go Geode Hunting. It was February and perfect weather for spending time in the desert. We didn't stay in the city for long, it didn't strike me as a city that needs exploring. it is not very big. We did stop by a little hole in the wall for Mexican food that was delicious called Garcias Restaurant that I would absolutely recommend. Everything we ate was yummy. (the photo is from our drive through the desert to get to the Potato Patch.

Seriously would never stay there ever again, the night...
Seriously would never stay there ever again, the night manager woke me after midnight with some story of another person with the exact same name and confirmation number but booked with Expedia instead of Booking.com was wanting my room, This was an absolute impossibility for some one with the same name in Blythe that night, this woman was not in her right mind, then proceeded to claim that Booking.com had charged me 3 times not her and promised to rectify the extra payment which 3 weeks later has not happened. an absolute nightmare and to top it off, the place was filthy.

We stayed in Blythe to go to the gem and mineral shows in Quartzite, AZ, which is 1/2 hour east. Not a lot in Blythe but there are definitely more food options here than in Quartzite. The Mexican restaurants are pretty good! The desert is beautiful. We had enough time to do a short hike to see the Intaglios at the Big Marias ACEC.
The Breakfast was good and the Service was great. Sara was so friendly and helpful. She was very involved with the beautiful presentation of the Breakfast food area and the Breakfast itself. Everything was presented in a very clean and easy to access way. Sara was Great and she really loved her job and loved the people that stayed at the Quality Inn. I would totally stay there again and enjoy another friendly conversation with Sara over Breakfast.
I liked all one level and it was spread out like an old fashion road motel it was really nice because it was extremely quiet and plenty of space to maneuver in the parking lot I wish all hotels were like it. I promised I do a shout out for Lisa who was the young lady that checked me in at the front counter she was extremely organized and extremely friendly and extremely quick.
This Motel 6 was clean and reasonably comfortable. Unfortunately, I was next door to a loud talker and could hear him on the phone. It was not late at night so that made it manageable. I will note that this can happen at most hotels. It was still a pleasant stay. The price was higher than I normally pay.
It was a very clean room and large, just a small leak under the toilet. It was two blocks off the 10 highway and is in a nice small town.Just a mile or so from the Colorado River and fishing and boating. A big parking lot for RV's. Some good food choices nearby.
Like everywhere right now, staffing is an issue. This was not effecting the customer service or the cleanliness of the hotel. This particular weekend was a busy one for the hotel. All personnel I encountered were kind, courteous and professional.
The location is ideal. The hotel is located in an area that is quiet and peaceful. The manager was very helpful in getting me settled for the night. The room was well equipped. Very clean and appealing.
Room was big enough with a king and queen bed.
The hotel is somewhat dated but ok for an overnight stay in the road.
Right off Interstate 10. in a good location for a morning run into LA.
The hotel was so creepy with men lingering in the parking lot I was too uneasy I didn’t stay. The place looked filthy on the outside I didn’t even go in the room. I left immediately.
property was clean staff was great I’ll stay her every year for Quartzsite and if I’m traveling through to California Wi-Fi actually I as easy to use compared to other hotels
I have saved this Hotel couple of times 1 thing I really like is coffee pot microwave and fridge arator in your Room no extra $$ , and bed is decent ( does not hurt)
The staff are excellent - super helpful, whether front desk, breakfast person or housekeeping. Gym is good and hotel, while not fancy, is clean and fairly new.
The location is ok and near to what the town has to offer in terms of fast food restaurants. Actually, the motel has a very nice fountain in front of it.
Loved this old motel being lovingly renovated!!! I hate chain hotels - sorry but they loose the personal touch. This place was the best of both worlds.
