It is a clean hotel located near several good restaurants. Very quiet location, away from the main road. It is also located near the Oklahoma border and near the Sunset Point and Eisenhower State Park and birthplace. It is also one of the few good hotels in Denison. The hotel also serves a decent breakfast every day. The rooms and the beds are very clean and comfortable. The room also have all the basic amenities like coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful. Overall good hotel to stay at in Denison.

I love Texas.
I love Texas. The construction and road setups are much different from our area, but talk to the natives and they'll get you squared away. A lot of nice nature areas, parks, trails. lakes, etc. Braum's Ice Cream and Hamburgers is awesome. Food and ice cream are great, staff great. Definitely worth the stop!! Nick's Family Rest and Catrina's Mex Rest also good and reasonably priced. Texoma area is having some growing pains but the people are great. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO THE VISITORS, THE BEDS HAVE BUGBEDS AND THE STAFF KNOW ABOUT THIS SITUATION AND THEY SIMPLY DON’T CARE. MY SON WAS BITTEN FOR THOSE BUGBEDS AND HE HAD A BAD ALLERGY REACTION. I TAKEN HIM TO ER, THEY TREAT HIM AND HE SPENT 2 DAYS IN THE HOSPITAL. I’M VERY DISAPPOINTED AND MANAGER JUST MOVE ME AN OTHER ROOM, BUT I WE DIDN’T STAY THERE BECAUSE MY SON WERE HOSPITALIZED

Beds were soft. Staff was friendly, breakfast was okay. To many things at hotel weren't working right or broken. In door pool cold. Fitness equipment broken. Key cards or back doors not working. AC wouldn't get cool enough. Microwave & icebox didn't work well. But overall clean rooms.

Nothing in the vending machines, exercise room was closed, pool was closed. no complimentary breakfast, no ice machine on the first floor, there was a water leak, the bathtub did not work, and the rug was wet and garbage was pile up outside. This facility had the dirtiest most nasty carpets, the walls and spots on them. The walls were even dirty. The whole bldg was extremely hot had to move rooms because our AC didn't work. Looks like it was once a very nice hotel with multiple ballrooms but has been very neglected. It's unfortunate because it could be a nice venue.SarahUnited States of America
