Super sweet, accommodating, and the staff were doing great. The most part of the staff seemed to really care about your stay and everyone was very kind and great with my kids.

The front desk staff was good at check in but when I had a problem with the toilet not flushing - it took maintenance forever to come check on it. Then we moved to another room and then the tv remote control wasn't working and then maintenance never showed up. Sent the General Manager an email and its been 5 days later and I still haven't heard anything from them.

The hotel is close to shopping and eating, so location is great. However, it is very noisy, rooms are not sound proof like they say and you feel like you're in a club not a hotel. So if you want some rest this may not be the place to stay. No sleep at sleep in.
Convenience right off the main road easy to fine close to different amenities.
Your beds and your pillows were the most comfortable I slept on in a hotel, we also stayed at a Country Inn , in North Carolina also comfortable beds comfortable pillows my only .recommendation would be to get larger bath towels more like a bath sheets the towels provided is mostly for your hair
This was my first stay at a hotel on my own, and I would not have had it any other way. It was an excellent stay and I will definitely come back one of these days!
The staff was very nice and accommodating. The location was excellent for the event I attended. There was many restaurants and shopping places close to the hotel.
