I was only in Reseda to finalize business related to my brother's estate after his death in April. I had stayed in his condo for 4 months tending to these matters but as we approached close of escrow, we needed another place to stay that was centrally located. The place provided that very satisfactorily.

I only stayed in Reseda for lodging purposes but it seemed like a great midpoint place for all the activities I wanted to do. Only issue here is the lack of proximity to a major freeway, but the Valley doesn't have the worst traffic so it balances out.
