The staff was very nice and attentive. Warm welcoming as well. Especially the night guy. The room was equipped with microwave, mini fridge, coffee pot and hairdryer.

Exceptional very nice & quiet clean and ok breakfast.
Conveniently located less than 1 mi from Six Flags Magic Mountain, this hotel features an outdoor pool and a hot tub. An on-site restaurant is open daily for breakfast and dinner.
I booked non- smoking rooms.
Room 242 very very bad like nasty smoke smell and whatever in that room. I complained to the front desk and she gave us room 245, it's better room than 242.
Today, my room 241: I used the toilet and it flooded the room. So they switch me to another room 234.
Omg! Room 234 is just as bad as room 242 yesterday. Room 234 that they switch me into I can smell paint and smoke in that room that making me not able to breath.
So now, how am I going sleep in that room if I can't breathe.

What I disliked was the E.M.
What I disliked was the E.M. Shift front desk Receptionist was very rude and disrespectful to a tired and exhausted customers who just pulled off the road from a long drive from wherever they drove from. He also had them check a couple of rooms that he wasn’t reassured that they might possibly be vacant to rent out.

It had filthy carpets.
It had filthy carpets. I didn’t want to walk barefoot on them. Cockroach in bathroom broken TV falling off wall. No breakfast. I should have gotten a rate cut. But nobody there in am when we left. Our first room we didn’t see cause key battery dead so sent to 124. Also the property has litter under stairs and parking lot.
I have stayed at nicer Days Inns for a lot less money. This was an expensive disappointment

I liked the location, right off the highway.
I liked the location, right off the highway.
The place was dirty- bath towels and sheets were worn and gray. I was not sure if the sheets were washed. The hardwood floor had plenty of hairs. The lady at the front desk took the coffee jar in at exactly 9a.m and told me breakfast was over. TV was not working

If you can't get a hotel room in Santa Clarita/Stevenson...
If you can't get a hotel room in Santa Clarita/Stevenson Ranch, Castaic is just 5 minutes north, and costs less. Since I would be traveling north on Interstate 5 early the next morning, it gave me a little jump on journey.
The room was very clean & spacious. I thought it was going to be rinky dinky, even dingy because we got the first hotel off the freeway without really searching but we were pleasantly surprised how clean and comfortable the room was. The evening attendant was very nice and helpful. For the price and location we would definitely stay here again if we were just looking for a place to sleep and freshen up.
I stay 5 h and I try to make checkout
But the motel refuse
I try to rich booking to be charge one night no answer
I left and wait some one calling me to charge one night
If no one going to call I dispute all the 3 days
This hotel not compare to days inn

The breakfast was great ! The hotel was actually better than I expected ,rooms were decent looking ,clean, and the taco trucks near the hotels was a plus . I slept comfortably and so did my family. As a matter of fact I already booked another stay.
They didn’t offer breakfast as advertised, but the check took off $10 a day to compensate though I had to ask for it. The fridge was clean and kept things cold. You could change the input on the hotel TV so my kids could play video games.
What I like about this hotel that it was very comfortable the managers was super nice it was very clean it was in a good area location was excellent walking distance
Nothing. Was the filthiest, most vile room imaginable. And I've stayed in many third world hotels. Cut off my internet "voucher" long before check out. No reason.
