My 2 sisters & myself went to the Ark Encounter on Friday day. Silly me booked W Hampton Hotel instead of E Williamsburg Hotel. But we drove the 2 hr distance & enjoyed a very nice room, hotel attendant was very courteous, helpful. The pool was warm it was awesome. After we checked out we visited several Antique places on our way home. We all slept great. Thank you for a great trip.

It's a beautiful area.
It's a beautiful area. It's close to Tennessee and as beautiful as Tennessee, but without all the tourist traps and resorts. Some day developers will discover it and then it won't be the quiet place it is

This hotel was AWFUL!
This hotel was AWFUL! The only plus was the desk attendant when we checked in. The room was filthy. The bed looked like someone was lying in it when we walked in, because the mattress was so broken down. The carpet was sticky, and the entire room smelled like smoke. Speaking of smoke, the smoke detector had been disconnected. There were obviously people living long term there. The breakfast was a complete joke, and I seriously felt like I needed a tetanus shot after staying there. Do yourself a favor...DO NOT DO IT!!!

Williamsburg is a college town.
Williamsburg is a college town. It is a nice place and the people are friendly. Cumberland University has a beautiful campus. Mostly fast food places so if you want to go out to eat you have to head to Corbin or London, KY.

I have already answered.
I have already answered. Top dislikes were no tissue in the bathroom dispenser, and poor, limited breakfast, except for yoghurt/granola, the tv choices were also limited. Top like was the weight room and the parting grab bag.
our room was broken into 3 separate times. we have recorded proof of us opening our door and the q-tip is no longer where it was where we left it. we asked to switch rooms or be refunded , we were given a new room, no fridge and one working outlet. we went back to our old room to look for our property and when we did we found a worker chilling on our bed shaving her legs.
most disgusting hotel we have ever been to.
I liked the pool and the location the best hotel needs updated the “quilt” for beds is like a 1970 curtain it was rough and didn’t keep u warm for sure as well as the beds could be updated from full to queen and then you wouldn’t feel springs any longer. The pool needs repaired the correct way it’s missing tiles but was very clean and clear. The staff was super nice very helpful and I enjoyed that!
From the accommodations all the way down to the wonderful and helpful staff everything was excellent! The location was great! The continental breakfast was ok! it needed a few more food choices in my personal opinion.
The dining area for the breakfast was enjoyable, very comfortable and relaxing and seasonal for October:)
Overall our accommodation experience met and exceeded our expectations!
The hotel is located right off 1-75 and good for a stop-over. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and suggested a near by Mexican restaurant for dinner which was very good. There is a small park located behind the hotel (a short walk is required) and it was a nice break to take a walk there.
the hotel was right off the interstate and very clean the front desk staff was extra friendly the breakfast staff was very friendly an the breakfast was excellent. I appreciated the exceptional attention to keeping everything sanitized and clean I would highly suggest a stay there if in the area
This hotel was a good stop while traveling along I 75. Check in was easy and the staff were very helpful with recommending a nearby restaurant. The hotel was clean and it had all of the basic things that you need.
