Great place to stay! Absolutely enjoyed the peace and quiet. Many things to do on the property (pay for and free) if you wish. Zion NP is 25 minute drive from the property. Hiking trails leading to Zion also. Free breakfast was good. Lunch and dinner were great as well. Staff were amazing and knowledgeable. Bed and room (stayed in Conestoga wagon) were clean and comfortable. Room had adequate heating but if weather was colder than than 35 degrees it would have been hard to keep warm but we were comfortable with multiple blankets and the heaters. It was truly the perfect place to be!

Due to an expected blanketing of snow we found the cabin very cosy, excellent heating, all facilities worked, plenty of hot water and very comfortable bedding. We were given very thorough driving directions and and found it easily. It’s a quiet location away from any traffic.

Very remote and quiet place. Rented other cabins in the past and this was by far best cabin. I will definitely be returning to this property 10 out of 10.

Off season so very quiet and a nice clean and comfortable room on the second level (access via outside stairs with a covered roof over the walkway outside the rooms) No issues for us but maybe some possible ATV noise on the secondary road likely heard during peak season? Minor concern arriving to see signs posted for self check in -- but all good -- as Heidi was there and gave a very friendly greeting! Parking could be tight but was fine. Expected a sit down breakfast with some options but turned out to be a small breakfast basket (store bought items) and coffee machine in the room and a few small juice boxes in the Refrigerator. (Breakfast changes during peak season?) Shower worked great but a bit snug. Very limited services in the small town (and limited open hours off season) but a beautiful jump off mid point location between National Parks and great nearby recreational areas! Nice scenic view across the immediate small valley area.Nice of Heidi to help us freeze a few food ice packs for travel!

Staying in Glendale allowed flexible access to Zion, Bryce, Cedar Breaks, and Kanab. We visited various places at different times based on weather and timed entry passes. I was glad we saw more of the Eastern side of Zion because we traveled through there to get to Glendale. Glendale lacks restaurants so plan food ahead of time! A Dollar General is nearby and provides food options.
