Such a cute little town, you have a huge restaurant selection and many cute stores and boutiques to shop at. Very friendly people and refreshing to see peoples faces and smiles! The purpose of our trip was to go to Mavericks country bar for line dancing and live music. What a gem of a place with a crowd of folks in their 20's all the way to people in their 70's. It was too hot to do anything..... We planned to eat @ The Beer Baron Whisky Bar however, we were treated poorly by the staff there. No seating after waiting for 20 mins and waiter and waitress kept ignoring us for another 30 mins..... Not a friendly place for sure.

All in all, my family have thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations at Marriott Pleasanton. The waitstaff and employees are all wonderful, with the exception of the front desk staff, which have a tendency of being very unwelcome and cool in demeanor. Unfortunately, we have had multiple problems in this regard, which makes my family likely to choose an alternative Hotel in future.

Don´t be fooled by the old fashioned facade and small lobby, the room was great, with everything a grand hotel has, and very clean. Also, all the staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good and complete (although after several days I would appreciate more options). For the rate we paid, we got what we expected and more. Very convenient.

The area is very nice and there’s several restaurants within walking/short driving distance. There’s a very cool park across the freeway from the hotel that my son had a blast playing at.
