Everything was fine except my personal/ hotel in Oceanside I had 2 white towels taken!! Later I was given 2 towels that were disgusting, dingy, not matching! I took two of their towels!! This is not stealing… but Mine were stolen so I had to replace them!! I’ve worked in the motel industry decades ago and Never Ever touched nor took anything that was not mine!!

Yoshi was really great, patient, and kind. He got my key card to work ! He also honored my request for a slightly later checkout, as I have sleeping issues, and I have a hard time getting it together in the morning. I managed to get out of the room by 11:15 am. The housekeeper only knocked once, right at 11 ! Everything was great, and the remodel is going well. I loved the separate sink area, the coffee station, the microwave, the best hotel refrigerator that I have ever encountered, a very nice heater, good block out drapes, clean bathroom, sheets, and of course an enjoyable television. I really like being on the first floor. (There was) plenty of parking, and I could park right outside my room. I will return !

Yoshi was the person who took care of us from the minute we arrived until our departure. Actually, she called us earlier in the day to see if we needed anything before our arrival. In all ways she was excellent as was the property. We use Boooking.com to get the very best special places and Shorelight Inn totally delivered. We did have the room with a balcony overlooking the Bay, and the sunset was magnificent. Our suite was beautifully appointed with a very comfortable queen size bed. We received a nice welcoming cocktail and breakfast was made to order the next day. Our location could not have been better. We will return in the future.

Benicia is a great place to visit and shop.
Benicia is a great place to visit and shop. Not a lot of eating places for a place this close to the East Bay and San Francisco, but good enough for 2-3 days. Food is always expensive nowadays.
Parking in small coastal towns is problematic and always bring a jacket for mornings and evenings.

Nice area and room was nice and clean.
Nice area and room was nice and clean. Was very hard to get parking while we were there because it is just what you can find on the street. Was close to restaurants and shops and views of the bay were close to walk to. The WiFi was very very slow. No ice available. Had one tiny tiny tray to make cubes, and it was empty when we arrived but Ann was nice to bring us a small bag. But the tray was not enough to hardly make one ice water or tea. We had to walk to another area for our breakfast because our area was under renovation and we did not know that until we arrived. But the breakfast was very good with many choices and chatted with our host while eating. Overall was a nice place to stay a few days and enjoy the area.
The hosts were so welcoming and accommodating and the property is unique and beautiful! Will be coming back! The kitchen was one of the best-equipped and most functional I’ve seen at a vacation rental, which allowed us to cook dinners for family and friends. And the decor was unique and eclectic in the best way.
I liked that I could walk into the local restaurants as they were only 1 mile from the hotel. I thought that if the gym had some free weights and a bench it would have been perfect. I think the lighting in the room could have been a little better.
Charming hotel on the main road so close all the shops and restaurants and close to the pier. Easy to park next to the hotel. Possibility to add a roll-in bed. Huge blueberry muffins for breakfast. Water dispenser. Nice place to sit outside.
They provided everything I requested, a quiet room on the upper level. The room was very luxurious and spacious and comfortable. I've stayed in many hotels, this was by far my favorite. No complaints at all.
Fabulous location with great water view and breeze. Right next to public shore path and a block off main downtown area—yet quiet. Very friendly host who was eager to do anything to make our stay enjoyable.
Desk staff very friendly and responsive. I blup on 1 day where morning staff did not show up to deliver BK. So friendly a;; of the time. I loved the restaurant next door. My fav in Benicia
The staff is so so nice and personable. I was there with my daughter for 11 nights and it was great. The hotel has a homie feel to it where we both felt welcomed.
Thank you BW!! 😁😁
Quaint bed and breakfast. Very clean and inviting. Beautiful updated bathroom. Grounds impeccable . Awesome location to downtown Benicia and waterfront.
