Disappointed with the breakfast-had to wait for coffee and usually there is a change in the choice of sausage or bacon, sausage 3 days in a row. The eggs were tasteless too. No pastries either.
The Quality Inn hotel is conveniently located less than one mile from Fishburne Military School.

It's very close to the historic downtown - for us within walking distance. It was also very easy to get to Shenandoah NP and the Blue Ridge Parkway from there. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were very nice and helpful.
This Fishersville hotel is 3 miles from downtown and the Barren Ridge Vineyards. The hotel offers an indoor swimming pool, a daily hot breakfast and guest rooms with free Wi-Fi.

Very clean. Comfortable bed. For the most part, it was quiet.
A nice town with a charming downtown area. Lots of restaurants both local and chains. Great mountain views while traveling around town. A good selection of hotels and shopping . A good place to start your drive along the blue ridge parkway.

The trip to Waynesboro was great because I have family there and was my main reason for the visit. As far as the stay, it was ok but more than I had originally been prepared to pay. Reason being, the Booking.com agent that booked me booked me in Waynesboro, VA. I wasn't aware of until I reached my destination and was told I had no reservation. I confirmed everything before leaving just to make

Small town nearby Shenandoah NP.
Small town nearby Shenandoah NP. Spent only couple of hours in the town, but it felt like the place was rather sleepy without anything worth seeing. No or very few restaurants and most of the stores in town were closed rather early.

Well, it suited us after a long day of hiking in Shenandoah National Park. The town we did not go into, it looks like the town-businesses are not doing too well. Many of the businesses around our hotel were boarded up or closed.

Literally at a crossroads for 3+ highways, but after you leave that junction it has a small town feel. Very close to many very nice vineyards, breweries and distilleries. Next to Shenandoah State Park, Blue Ridge Parkway and Appalachian Trail. Crozet Tunnel is very close and a nice and interesting walk. Bring your flashlight! Not a great variety of restaurants, but minutes away from Staunton which solves that problem. Waynesboro is a great place to stay for many reasons.

It was close to the Rockfish Gap Entrance to Shenandoah National Park, as well as the entrance to the Blue Ridge Mountain Parkway. Great coffee shops, restaurants, and breweries. I recommend Farmhaus Coffee Shop, Blue Mountain Brewery (in Afton), Heritage on Main, Seven Arrows Brewery, and Basic City Brewery. All places we went to were following COVID guidelines, although not all patrons were, especially in places like Sheetz.
We went hiking, horseback riding, and cavern exploring in various locations. Everything was less than a 2 hr drive from this central location.
It was nice to stay at Super 8 by Wyndham Waynesboro. I liked the room, enough spacious and with all the amenities you need for staying comfy. It is close to many fast food and restaurants, and if you need gas there is plenty of options around. I liked the breakfast, it had choice, despite the space is limited.
The property was attractively decorated, the staff attentive and welcoming and the breakfast offerings were more than adequate. Our room was clean, nicely decorated and had nice amenities. The hotel was close to the interstate and a convenient distance to a variety of restaurants and shopping options.
Very convenient location adjacent to the Interstate, with a good choice of restaurants nearby. Great for an overnight stay with plenty of free parking in front of the hotel. The rooms were a good size, clean and well provisioned. Bonus was the swimming pool. Breakfast was decent.
It was a new hotel. Very clean. Nice big bedroom and bathroom. Loved the taller toilet. Great breakfast bar and area. We got there right at 9:00 & most hot food was gone, but the attendant was so nice to unload a box that was just delivered to get us some Danishes.
Great quick stay here while we drive across country. It is the perfect location if you are planning to check out the Shenandoah National Park. The self check-in was simple and the hotel communications were very clear.
Didnt go for breakfast so can't speak on this. It looked like the basic holiday inn style breakfast. Laundry was convenient but not free. Bed was mostly comfortable and hotel was a quick walk from the "downtown area".
Great breakfast buffet included. Very kind staff and clean room with fridge/microwave. Quiet. Considerably cheaper than same hotel in nearby Staunton, definitely worth the short detour on our long drive home.
Nice owners and the room was pretty big. Clean room, nice bed and a couch to relax. Enough parking place and stores in the area to buy your own drinks or food. Breakfast for a hotel in this category was good.
Even without Covid, I think breakfast served the way they did it was better than self serve. Nice hotel. Nothing fancy though did have a pool we didn’t take advantage of. The facilities were clean.
Modern clean Hotel located close to the south end of the Skyline Drive and North end of Blue Ridge Parkway. Good Breakfast, Bars and Restaurants within walking Distance if required.
