This hotel is located in a good area, however the place looks drab and bare and customer service is zero. Rooms are large and nice lobby but it has no kind of warmth or decor, no plants no nothing looks empty and sad. Nice dining room and great menu however the staff are not trained OR aware of any customer service. VERY Disappointing..

Breakfast was delicious, refilled quietly and quickly; staff was courteous and very friendly. The air conditioning was powerful and it was turned on before I ever checked in. That's a real plus Phone did not work and looked as if it hadn't worked in a while. There should be a fan in the bathroom.

It is a poorly cared for hotel with weird smells and extremely dirty and disgusting garage. Right off highway 70. Rude front desk staff and moldy in room refrigerators. Just bad. May be fine for some but in no way lived up to my standards. Oh and the bathroom was so small you can’t close the door without standing between the sink and the toilet right next to the garbage. Not luxurious at All!
