Mask policy made me sad, especially since we were coming from the freedom from them and with kids. I called ahead to see if we'd still be able to use the pool or if they had shut that down as well only to find that their pool was out of service. We cancelled our stay. (And saw only a couple masked people anywhere we went, by the way....)

The front desk staff was professional, friendly, and welcoming. The hotel and rooms are clean, and they provide Neutrogena products. There is a 24hr coffee bar (they offer Earl Grey & Lipton tea), and they offer Sugar in the Raw (my favorite) & half & half. People talking outside my room till 5am. People upstairs beating on the floor because they thought I was being loud.
