Cleanliness was excellent, food was excellent, staff was friendly and helpful. However, there was no shuttle, the pool was small and unavailable most of the time, and when it was ,it was filled with children.
No ability to stream new movies or selection. Would have paid to see movies but they were not available.

I always liked Bethesda, for its village atmosphere and wide range of shops and restaurants. My favourite restaurant this visit was Mon Ami Gabi, a perfect and authentic French restaurant (although the staff say they are concerned that a planned revamp will lose it some of its charm).
I was sorry to see that some favourite stores have gone, Orvis on Wisconsin Avenue and the book store on Bethesda and Arlington.
There used to be a Ranger Surplus store in Bethesda, now there isn't even one in Rockville......

I had a great stay for three nights. It was quiet and comfortable with a fantastic bed. I used the gym during my stay, it has excellent new equipment, and the hotel is located in a good neighborhood. I will certainly be back.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and large. On the negative side, there were issues with the credit card machine on check in, only decaf coffee in our room, and our wifi was shut off in the morning well before check out.

I loved the fact that the metro was under the property which was very convenient considering we took the metro every day. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We walked around Bethesda Row the first night but most of the restaurants/shops were already closed because it was later on a Sunday night when we arrived.
Room was classy, well designed with two large TVs. Breakfast options included hot items such as made-to-order omelets, etc. or just serve yourself scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, cereal, etc. Complimentary drink from 5-630 PM. I had a small patio, as unfortunately did my adjacent neighbor. Pool and exercise room not used but they looked great. Clean modern-looking hotel. Very convenient access from 270.
The hotel was a better price than others in the area. The room was a good temperature. I did not see any bugs, it was not very noisy and seemed safe. The water was hot enough. There was an empty mini fridge and a grocery store on the corner, so I saved money on drinks and snacks. There was a microwave and ice machine at the end of the hall. They let ne check out late. There was an iron and hair dryer.
Great option if you are around the D.C. area! The hotel is conveniently located a couple blocks from Friendship Heights metro station and is close to restaurants and grocery stores. Our room was nice and clean thhroughout our whole stay. Extra points for the free coffee and cookies at the lobby!
The location was perfect to a strip of restaurants as well the a red line metro stop was just a few steps away from the hotel if we wanted to go down to DC. The hotel itself is beautiful and the king suite room was very comfortable and quiet. I LOVED the walk-in shower so much!
Hotel and room were current, clean, spacious and well worth the value. Pleasantly surprised how nice it was for what I can considered value hotel when just needing a place for a night or two.
This is one of my favorite hotels. I love the location, the staff, and the rooms. I especially love it when we have a corner room up high and have a nice view.
