We were just there for the night.
We were just there for the night. Stayed at the Prairie Rose Inn. What a wonderful place to be! I am so thankful that we chose that place rather than a chain hotel/motel. Price was awesome and oh my goodness, what a delight it was. We stayed and ate wonderful food (they have a great restaurant) all in the same location.

The owner came around while I was eating breakfast and I could have talked with him all day, He is a really nice guy and I appreciate his efforts making my stay (and everyone else) nice. I only spent one night there traveling to Denver but if I find myself needing a room and close again I would be sure to stay there.LutherUnited States of America - 10Scored 10
There was really no down side to the experience.
There was really no down side to the experience. The Queen Bed was very comfortable very nice loveseat in the room and a great television with great programming. The breakfast was also very good and the conversation with the manager/owner of hotel was refreshing.

The motel was a welcome sight after a very long drive.
The motel was a welcome sight after a very long drive. Motels were few and far between in this area. We were glad that someone was operating a Best Western. The room could have been cleaner and the bed had two by fours under the box springs that stuck out about 6 inches. Needless to say, I was not very happy when I scraped the hide off of my leg on one of the boards.KayUnited States of America
