The staff was exceptional. We had never stayed in Liberty before so wanted to know about restaurants nearby and the staff was awesome with information for the area. The hotel was very nice and clean. The room was perfect. We enjoyed our stay and will stay there again on our next trip to Liberty.

Location of hotel was great.
Location of hotel was great. So many restaurants and shopping to choose from and some in walking distance. Sidewalks accessible. I have been to Liberty many of times and think it's a beautiful place. There are many things to do and its close to many other cute locations such as Excelsior Springs and Independence. Getting around Liberty is quite easy and the traffic was generally pretty light.

I had a problem with the hotel charging me money “for incidentals”, implying that I would what ?? steal the toilet paper or towels or that I would be trashing the room??? The parking lot was limited parking area for where my room was located, , and the key didn’t work properly outside to open the door. They are making renovations, but did their best to limit effects on customers. Since there's no elevator, if you have issues walking upstairs, you need to consider a room on the main floor. We would definitely return, if we were in the area!
