I did a trip from Denver, CO, stopping by Glenwood Springs, CO, Monticello, UT, Bryce, UT and Rifle, CO. Rifle and Hampton Inn was the most luxury and reliable hotel in the area. 100% recommended. Nice and kindly staff, excellent amenities, very very clean. Very close to Ski areas, located just next to the I-70 highway with optional tolls (express lanes). I thought the rate was a little high at the hotel. There was nothing to complain about in regards to the facility.....room was nice and it was clean. Breakfast offered a hot option which was very nice and good. We were in Rifle for a wedding in Silt. We did not spend any time being 'tourists' in Rifle.

Great friendly little Colorado town.
Great friendly little Colorado town. If you go check out Shooters Grille, it's a great place to eat, and 100% all American. Friendly and great food! Hiking trails and rock climbing are what it's known for and the White River Nat'l forest is beautiful.

The windpw was on side of the road so we could traffic noise entire night. Worse the wallas lf the room were so thin that we could hear people talking till atleast 3am. Given that there isn't much todo in Rifle I can imagine what low standard people were around. And then the people crossing fbe borders are just going to make this country more shitty. We love Hampton Inn because they are always a good value, always clean, safe and have a wonderful breakfast included. This particular location is a much older hotel and the beds were uncomfortable. The staff was wonderful as always but we would not stay here again unless we needed to.
