There were two exceptional employees. A young woman and a young man who were very responsive and pleasant. The coffee was decent but not hot. The rooms were cool and quiet.

It stunk like mold. Tiny room. Old fashioned. No amenities at all. Bed was like laying on a board. Towels scratched you.

The staff were very helpful, courteous, kind, happy, smiling all the time. Even though they were short staffed they took care of our every need. They tried their best to get the HOT TUB working but the parts to fix it never came in. This hot tub was one of the main reasons we chose this facility over others in town. We almost moved but the staff were so helpful & professional we opptied to stay.

It was difficult to try to find anything.
It was difficult to try to find anything. There could be more signs pointing to downtown. There was a cute Antique store on the square. Things were very affordable. There was a movie theater. I LOVED Colton's Steak House. I also enjoyed a Chinese Buffet "The Great Wall" I think was the name. It was the best Crab Rangoon I have had in a very long time. Super creamy and fresh.

I lived there as a child, I love upstate missouri, but if you want city lights and a live wire you should prolly head towards des Moines, KC, or STL this is a small town hundreds of.miles from anything. So not much going on.
This is the third year in a rowe with a bad experience at this hotel we will not be going back I wish we could get a refund there was dirty sheets in hallway for three days it ranked of pot the pool was nasty no housekeeping we ended up leaving early this year and last year
Best location of any hotel in Kirksville, right in the middle of everything, which is exactly what I need. Right next to Conoco, across the street from Taco Bell and McDonald's, down the street from Hy-Vee, and minutes from the university. Perfect.
Price was below the norm. Staff very helpful and friendly. Only place in Kirksville that was pet friendly. The guests are long term for most part. Not the most desirable. But it was quiet and a place to lay down n sleep.
We were supposed to stay at a Days Inn, but the Days Inn was disgusting. We had to change hotels last-minute, and Baymont made it so easy. Baymont’s quality and cleanliness was a relief for us.
The hotel is located near Truman Stare an A.T. Still. My room was clean with a comfortable bed. I had a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave in the room. I also felt safe.
Room was clean and staff was friendly. Good enough location for reason we traveled, would be nicer if more restaurants around that location (but that is not the hotels fault).
The Hotel is very good for structure, facilities. The room is cosy. It head a good bathroom, with big shower.
Breakfast is well organized and the product are appreciated
