The location offered all of any needed services on the highway where it is located. The location was close to Neshaminy State Park where we as a group had a nice hike walking through the woods and along Neshaminy Creek and the Delaware River.

Bensalem was fine the hotel was not.
Bensalem was fine the hotel was not. Were booked for two nights. The first night we were out for a bit and about a half an hour after coming back to our room the phone rang. The desk clerk asked if we were there and I said yes. I went and spoke to the clerk and apparently our room was given to someone else but when they came to the door they heard our dog barking. If we weren't there at the time someone else would've been in our room with all of our belongings. Certainly not acceptable. A desk clerk checked us out the first night because the room was promised to a friend. We were out the next morning, came back and couldn't get into the room. All of our belongings were in the room. The desk clerk asked my husband what color our suitcases were. My husband wasn't going for this at all and definitely made known his displeasure. We were both given new keycards for our room. We had to go out the second night and were quite worried if we would be able to get back into our room. To our relief we were. I would not book at this hotel again. The room was clean and comfortable which is the only good thing I can say about our experience.

Easy excess to many area attractions, Philadelphia, casino,...
Easy excess to many area attractions, Philadelphia, casino, sesame place. Will say alot of area construction on roads as well as homes as they had a tornado come through several weeks ago. Many businesses looking for help, as is the rest of the country.
The hotel has been recently renovated and looks much better than I expected. The rooms are a very good size with a great coffee machine and TV. While there were some old stains on the carpet, it was very clean.
Breakfast was included for us and had a good range of options all of which were a very good quality.
The staff were all friendly and helpful. The on site parking felt safe and had plenty of spaces.
The neighborhood felt quite safe and there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance.
The room was a decent size and the bed was comfortable. Easy access to light switch from bed. A/C worked well. Lovely lobby. Check out time is 12 which is later then some competitors. Hotel was able to do early check in for us which was amazing and appreciated greatly. Hotel is in great location, right off of main road and across from Casino.
We were in town for a business convention and booked this place in advance based on a friendly recommendation. This is a very nice hotel to stay in. The owners are very nice. The service is very good. The rooms are nice & the beds are awesome. We always have a really nice stay here. I recommend it to everyone.
Room was very run down. Major cracks in bathroom sink exterior. Breakfast was good but not very extensive. You could really tell age of hotel by the conditions. Wanted $40 for 2 hour early check-in. would not stay her again and I am going back to area in 4 weeks.
the reception lady was too rude . we extend whole night in casino so wanted to extend one day
she said no room available but I check online room was available.
she said I can say no any tome.
i will tell all my friends never come to this hotel ever
Check-in was quick and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious. The location of this hotel is one of the main reasons we chose to stay here. Definitely recommend!
I had a wonderful stay at the Sleep Inn & Suites Bensalem. The staff was helpful and attended our every needs. I would definitely recommend this motel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in town.
The location was very good. But when I booked the hotel room they said we had the last room. I made reservations on this past Monday for a king size bed, but instead I received a double bed.
The pool had a separate little one foot area for my small grandson, and the staff was wonderful. The rooms needed some updating, but they were fine for the small amount of time we were there.
The best hotel that. I have stayed in in years. Beautiful facility, exceptionally maintained. Friendly efficient staff. Good breakfast. Will always stay in this hotel when I am in this town.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautifully decorated. We had the best deal. There were excellent breakfast option. Would highly recommend and hope to return soon.
Clean and comfortable hotel within walking distance to several restaurants. I needed to change room and the front desk clerk was very understanding and this was appreciated.
