Amazing deal for the price. We got a free upgrade to a King Suite through Booking.com and the room exceeded our expectations. The front desk person was welcoming and the breakfast was fresh, hot, and plentiful.

The front desk staff was very friendly but not very professional. One man continually left the front desk to smoke cigarettes outside. When he returned, he reeked like cigarette smoke, which I personally find disgusting. Another woman, though very friendly, decided to vacuum the lounge area right next to where I was sitting. I felt this was a bit rude. Otherwise, I was very satisfied with my stay.

The breakfast was adequate but I think you should not use plastic cutlery and cups and use reusable ones instead. Single use plastic is being phased out at most hospitality establishments and developed parts of the world and it is a pity that Holiday Inn is behind in this regard. Plastic does harm the environment and it is not necessary as there are better alternatives (stainless steel or bamboo if it is too much trouble to wash the stainless steel).
