The location was good in a business district. Very accessible to the interstate. The breakfast was good and I order room service as well which the was prompt, hot and delicious. The bar scene was lively when we arrived not sure if that is the usually since it was a Friday evening or due to an event. Room was quiet and spacious

Hotel was nice in atrium !lots of seating and relaxing . Parking is easy and free. We ate at a fabulous restaurant about 4 miles away - “girasole cusina “.FABULOUS!

I was surprised that the hotel was allowing guest to not wear masks. I think when there is a law set by the government, it applies to all. I feel my safety is as important as those who desire not to. Lots of eatery places, lovely places to shop and it wasn't tourist filled. It was perfect in that regard. However. The roads? What a nightmare. You couldn't turn left or right hardly anywhere. The whole reason we stayed here was to swim for my son's birthday and we were unable. The elevators weren't working correctly. The fire alarms went off forcing us outside in the freezing cold because the entry way ceiling collapsed. There was what looked like sewage water dumping out a pink on the side of the building. It was a disaster! I've reached out to the manager several times and he has not responded.
