I will not that the hotel is fairly clean but probably wouldn’t stay again with unfriendly staff and not entirely dog friendly with not area for designated dog relief area

The hotel's pricing was significantly higher than the value provided. Despite the advertised amenities, the actual experience fell short of expectations. Disappointingly, the quality of service did not justify the inflated cost.

The young lady at the front desk was super helpful and kind.
The young lady at the front desk was super helpful and kind. The wifi was down but pool was open. I did a load of laundry for $2.50. The overall atmosphere was high functioning and responsive to guests.

It is wonderful.
It is wonderful. Lots to do in town and plenty of fun parks & nature areas in town. The Sundial Bridge, Nature Concervancy. Getting around is fast & easy with great freeway system. Of course there are the mountains and rivers, etc. PLEASE, though, do NOT tell anyone! We'd like to keep our favorite vacation spots from becoming like LA 👌

Constant drip from ceiling directly above the toilet...
Constant drip from ceiling directly above the toilet dripping down on your head! Mouse ran across my foot and a cockroach came out from behind the fridge unit. Completely inoperable card lock (people had to prop door open with a rock) A bed that was so old that it was painful to use... we left horrified, traumatized, and in pain! I feel Completely ripped off! When the managent was informed they said sorry and refunded me the 20 dollars on the 40 dollar pet fee! Unacceptable! I feel Booking.com and Red Lion specifically, Ripped Me Off!

I like the facility the most.
I like the facility the most. However they charged me for two nights not the one night I had arranged. When I called the site, Shannon hung up on me three times wanting to argue that I was rude when clearly she was the one who couldn’t figure out how to help me - let alone accommodate me. Though the employees who checked me in were very business like and nice, had they been familiar with policies and procedures, I’m sure all of this fiasco could have been avoided.
The front desk offered me a free, cold drink when I checked in. Vending and ice machines throughout the hotel that take debit cards. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was so cold and blew really strong! I liked the toiletries offered in the bathroom. But the best part was good, old fashioned room service from their restaurant and bar on-site. I would stay here again just for that convenience. So nice to eat in my room and relax. Worth every penny. Over all, a great stay.
I had an interview in downtown Redding, so this hotel was walking distance to the government office where I needed to go. It is only about 5-10 minutes walking distance to several good restaurants in the downtown sector (La Cabana, Kobe Seafood & Steakhouse) and the YMCA gym and pool. My room was quiet and clean. The hot shower had good water pressure. The wifi was reliable and fast. Travel Inn is also close to the river, where there is a running trail.
I like Oxford Suites setup of the rooms and general comfort. The best thing is the outdoor patio area, which is organized so that people with pets can both have breakfast with them (by bringing the plate outside) and enjoy their time with family members while they are in the swimming pool (we stayed outside with the dog while others were in the swimming pool area). The swimming pool is lovely and partly protected from the sun.
The breakfast was just fine bagels sausage eggs cream cheese fruit cup and maybe some orange juice perfect for morning location is Redding California on the outskirts I love the river and I love the mountains up here so there's no other place I would consider to be paradise except for maybe Mount Shasta actually being apart or inside a mountain community.
Very pet friendly hotel. Hotel staff was very nice during check in. Room was a decent size, with a very good tv selection on the remote (even let’s you go to YouTube!). We had to catch up on laundry when we were there and the washers and dryers very in very good condition. There was a pool, we didn’t have time to go in, but looked clean!
A long detour around an unexpected road closure meant that I had a much longer drive home than I expected and I needed a place to stay what remained of the night. The Redding Motel 6 was easy to find and quite comfortable--a much needed rest from a long and wearing drive. The night staff person was quick, courteous, and efficient.
Friendly man that checked us in, super comfortable (not too mushy) mattress, nightlight in bathroom was a nice touch.
The AC was nice and cold and didn't shut off in the middle of the night like it does in most hotels, leaving you with waking up to a hot room in the middle of the night.
This was perfect to find this awesome place to stay in Redding, it was so nice and we liked it so much to be there.
The Hotel is in a perfect location for walking the oldtown and there are a lot recommendations nearby the Hotel.
it was exceptionally clean and well maintained, but most of all we just felt extremely welcomed. Cozy, quiet and a great alternative to other hotels. if we travel through Redding again we will definitely stay there!
This motel is near I5 and only 15 min from Lake Shasta. We stayed here to get all the supplies in the city for boating in the lake next morning. it is much cheaper than staying near the lake.
Love this hotel! Great downtown location and walking distance to many eateries.
Pet friendly. I haven’t stayed for pleasure yet, but planning to come back for fun and will bring my dogs.
Room was clean and so was hotel. Room was a little small for our personal liking however was sufficient. Beds were decent and we were in a fairly quiet room.
