The front desk personnel were very professional and handled all of our needs including helping us with parking the next morning, late checkout, checking luggage, recommending a restaurant for lunch. Except for some wallpaper that was coming off the wall in the bedroom, the property was very well maintained and looked beautiful. We were very pleased and would definitely stay there again if we were flying out of EWR. We really appreciated the Keurig coffee in the room. Loved the bedding and the thick towels. Also liked the toiletries in the pump bottles in the bathroom.
Staff members were very friendly even the housekeeper, Gary, who was vacuuming the hallways. Lobby was beautiful and very clean and modern - gave us a good feeling when we first entered the hotel..

Spent my anniversary there & stayed in the King room W/ jacuzzi, then stayed another night. The View from our bedroom window was really pretty aswell. We also had dinner @ crossroads downstairs at the Bar/Restaurant, it was delicious and very nice atmosphere for me sad and overall had a great weekend definitely would recommend it! 🥰👍😉

But room are clean … The shuttle experience is a huge mess with waiting time more than an hour spent at the airport, no shuttle next morning even if they took more than 20 min to scheduled one, no help for anything, no bills at the end either by computer or paper even when I asked etc No place to eat

I needed to pick up some items from the Walmart about 2 miles away, easy drive, and it was a great experience. I called the hotel and they arranged a car using Lyft. Within 10 minutes there was a car from Lyft and problem soved. My room was nice, big and very clean. I couldn't open the window to get some fresh air in but further than that, it was good. I missed a restaurant in this hotel.
