The Manhattan at Times Square, hotel in Weehawken

The Manhattan at Times Square enjoys a central Manhattan location with Times Square 1056 feet away and Rockefeller Center at 2116 feet from the property.

We loved the location, super close to multiple subway stations. Great location in Times Square as well. It was very nice that they were able to store our luggage before our check in as well as after so we could explore more before having a late flight.

The hotel was good, especially the rooms, as we stayed one-bedroom suite with a small kitchen which was a bit tiny but very clean and well equipped for a family. Our problem was carrying our luggage (we moved to the US so had a lot of baggage) which there's no one can help you to take them to the 6th floor where the reception is located. They gave us a small troller to carry them, but it was not good enough to carry such stuff. Finally, they accepted storing them on the ground floor, but we kept the most in our tiny room. Breakfast should be better than everyday same sandwiches and bagels. The location was terrific, just opposite the ferry terminal, where you can visit NYC in a few minutes.

    Weehawken is a pretty area.

Weehawken is a pretty area. Great views of the Hudson Harbor and the New York skyline. Excellent restaurants overlooking the Skyline. The fact that the Ferry to Manhattan was a few feet away was very exciting. Easy access to the City. Beautiful parks and recreation areas. I liked Weehawken a lot.

The views of Weehawken and NY were beautiful especially at night. I liked being able to walk to local restaurants in the area. I didn't like that housekeeping didn't provide clean towels and washcloths on the second day of my stay.

The hotel staff (particularly the breakfast personnel are very helpful). The food did not vary much from day to day but still very good ( hot breakfast with several different choices ). We used the bus to go to subway and the bus was pretty close to scheduled times. We didn't do the ferry due to cost ( we have 9 people in the group) but would have been very convenient way to go to NYC. We used the laundry twice and the area very clean (you can ask for detergent from the front desk too). Overall great hotel with lot of attention to details. Will definitely return ...
