The property was clean and the staff were amazing. Beds were really comfortable. The hot water was fantastic. I love that it has a little marketplace where you can purchase small items to munch on. The coffee was amazing. Breakfast at the buffet was always replaced with fresh food.

The hotel was very nondescript in a fairly unattractive area (strip malls and gas stations) but it was convenient to 287 and I only needed a place to stay the night. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean, even though some of the furniture and decor was a bit worn. The receptionist who checked me in was not particularly friendly or welcoming but seemed stressed out (the inn was sold out that night). I've had much better stays elsewhere but the hotel was perfectly adequate for one night.Tobey - 10Scored 10

Suffern is pretty much a urban region but a good place to base your trip to Rockland region. Is pretty close to bear mountain and a lot of cool parks and landscapes. The city has some structure and you ll always find a place to eat (not great places anyway) or a pharmacy and they have a huge walmart if you need anything else.MauroUnited States of America

I called the desk to request someone bring up a microwave, and they brought one up in just a few minutes. The shower has proper shampoo, conditioner and body wash in a normal bottle with a pump attached to the wall, not those little sample things you normally see in hotels. We forgot our toothbrushes on our trip, so I went down to the front desk if they have any for guests and they did and a little toothpaste too.TzofiaIsrael

I also noted and appreciated the "customer relations" friendliness demonstrated by most of the staff I encountered as a guest.
