The location was great, quiet and easy to get to from downtown.
The bathroom was very well lit and had plenty of counter space.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
We didn't have the breakfast, because we were meeting relatives at a restaurant.

Room spacious. Some signs of wear like rust around sink drain, large paint chips, but overall very clean. Night desk clerk super nice and friendly, gave me a good dinner suggestion.

I think Knoxville needs restaurants that stay open later . I have been coming to Knoxville for years and that is about my only complaint there just isn't any places to dine out that stay open past 9 pm.

The only thing waking me up in the morning were the robin's chirping. The upstairs apartment felt spacious and was perfect for me traveling by myself. I appreciated the security of the property and how cozy it was, plus the great value!
