Stains on carpet Self Service laundry was too pricey (ex. $2.50 to wash and $2.50 to dry) Mold at bottom of exterior side door into facility at the bottom

To top it off, there was pubic hair on the toilet seat. I ended up leaving and not sleeping there; I went to a family members home. Worse hotel experience that I have ever had.

It lacked soap to wash my hands, washcloths and after getting in bed, realized it didn’t have an extra blanket in closet. Perhaps it’s my fault in not knowing that this hotel is a temporary home to others. As a result of that, it doesn’t feel like a hotel. Great location, pleasant staff but the rest was just blah.

People leaving and coming throughout the night. It appeared to be more a hotel for locals to host parties, so drugs and who know what else. Disgraceful. Will never stay at this brand of property again.
