The breakfast was cold only as staff members responsible for setting it up did not show up to work on time. But, the reception staff was kind and the rooms were clean. Pool and fitness room were solid. Great location to Legacy Village helped our large group access food easily, within walking distance. A little up-priced in my opinion.

The hotel itself offers wonderful accommodations. The room was clean, modernized but just enough. We love the availability on the TV, showtime etc. I stayed with my husband for a procedure I had the following morning at the Cleveland Clinic. The bed, pillows and blankets were extremely clean and very comfortable. The outlets did not have USB plug in so be sure to bring your squares! There was also only a standing shower in our room, that appeared a little outdated from tile to overall design including both bathroom door and the shower door. The scenery out the window was a brick wall and the shopping center. A lot to do if you’re planning a shopping stay or to visit the local parks! Ic I do recommend- they’re breathtaking! What really put my rating down the notch was the parking situation. You have to park on the 3rd or 4th floor of a detached parking garage and walk to the hotel. I hated the lack of safety I felt, and overall Unaccommodating parking dilemma. Other than that wonderful stay!

The hotel is nestled in the quiet corner of the Legacy...
The hotel is nestled in the quiet corner of the Legacy Village with easy access to shopping, dining, taking a walk around and getting on and off the highways. Such a convenient location and nice surroundings. Parking is plenty and easy: in the garage next to the hotel. The facility’s public areas are super clean. You will see and feel how diligently the staff is working to keep the facility clean and safe. It really gives you the peace of mind during the COVID era. The staff is friendly and offers warm greetings. Overall I am very pleased with my stay. I am proud of myself by making the right choice. I will continue to choose Hyatt Lyndhurst when I go to Cleveland to visit my daughter at CWRU or explore the Midwest regions next time.

I didn't go any further than Legacy Village.
I didn't go any further than Legacy Village. I live close by and went to the hotel for a weekend getaway. Legacy Village in Lyndhurst is very convenient for travelers due to the shops, restaurants, and grocery store being within walking distance of each other.
