The location and comfort of the bed was perfect. The bed was comfortable as was the bedding. The room was small and outdated and I also found a big ball of hair in my shower which made me feel like it may have not been cleaned that well. The staff were very helpful and pleasant and made a long 2 day journey to our final destination bearable. It was a great resting stop. And the breakfast they offer was well prepared and inexpensive. We plan on using this hotel again.

There was no consistent mask use by staff despite what I understood the policy to be. REception staff did not mask all of the time. Housekeeping staff did not mask at all. The cook was not masked as he made breakfast. Servers were masked.Toni - 10Scored 10

Mayfield is a nice, safe, eastern suburb of Cleveland.
Mayfield is a nice, safe, eastern suburb of Cleveland. It is close to Metro-parks, malls, I-271, and many restaurants and shops. It is 10 minutes from the countryside, and 20 minutes to downtown Cleveland. It is a great location if you want to be away from heavy traffic but still close enough to museums, and downtown sights.
