Make sure housekeeping clean your room/vacuum/makeup bed with fresh linen if you request it, we spoke with front desk on two different occasions and still housekeeping didn't do their job, I would request housekeeping through management the next time therefore there shouldn't be an issue, otherwise hotel was decentTurin - 8.0Scored 8.0

I liked the out door grill off the swimming pool. I didn't like that there was no service for the bedrooms. You had to take the towels to the front desk for replacements every day and you had to make-up the bed/clean the room yourself. I didn't like that the phone lines in the room did not work and was told that you could use your cell phone to make calls.

Do not stay here. It’s beyond disgusting. Every surface was disgustingly dirty. I would like to warn anyone that this isn’t a place you should stay. Bedbugs!!! Cigarettes in the bottom of the pool and the carpet looked like it was never cleaned. I didn’t feel safe in this location and didn’t stay. The worst part of this trip was that my room was not clean. I also had to pay in advance in order to keep my reservations which the app said different. I recieved a very unpleasant women from the hotel that could not even explain this reason. Upon arrival our bathroom was horrible and the refrigerator had ketchup I believe all over it. This was the worst sonesta I have ever been in for the amount I paid the pool was not even open and the breakfast was nasty. Warwick is a large city in RI. It is not very picturesque. The Buttonwoods area is very nice. I am sure there are places and events there that I am not aware of. I was mainly visiting family. Getting around Warwick is a little confusing.JoanUnited States of America

The front desk said they are currently renovating this hotel and it needs it badly. due to covid, they are only offering small breakfast in a box when we were expecting a full breakfast. It’s great if you have a car but if not the 20 and 66 bus leave from the Radisson that take you into Providence and the 14 to Newport is 15 minutes walk away.
