I’ve stayed here many times and the rooms are very spacious as well as the bathrooms just like at home. I also enjoyed the fact that they always have body lotion and conditioner. Wall mounted to the wall, which is very handy and convenient.

It's very close to the highway which makes it ideal for travel, but it wasn't loud outside at all. There was also a lot of fast food and other food places very close by. The bed was very comfy and we loved the modern look of the room. It had everything we could need for a short stay. The one queen bed room was perfectly sized for two people. I also liked that the heating in the room was very easy to use.
Staff was awesome - polite and obliging. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Hallways need some new carpet and sprucing up! One or 2 night stay worked. Lots of restaurants and plenty of stores around, within 1-5 min. Breakfast should stay open longer and have more available for when they might have a busy weekend.

The front door person didn't even say Hi. Barely spoke.
The front door person didn't even say Hi. Barely spoke. A computer would have been better. A valve on the toilet was leaking and water was draining on the floor. Stain on comforter. No microwave and no mini refrigerator. Poor. The only good thing was the cleaning person who we saw in the morning. Very nice and polite. Please do 10x better.

Wasn’t the room I booked my stay on the staff was rude and said bookings.com books rooms that don’t exist! The info and pictures aren’t accurate! That I could take what they offer or go somewhere else I left a complaint at desk and no one called me or came to check on us also no maid service I was there three days before we saw her! I would never recommend this place and thinking about the same for 3rd party bookings.com

Hotel is outdated for the location it's in.
Hotel is outdated for the location it's in. Security is non-existent on property. Concerning. Hotel has two stairwells that you cannot access lobby from. Both exits or stairwells take you outside without option of accessing lobby. Vending and Ice Machine not working on 3rd floor. Elevator up button worked but not down. You had to go up to get down. Filthy elevator and less than clean smell. Seen fragrance boxes but not sure if they were working. Housekeeping staff overwhelmed. Which compromises cleaning which compromises health. For a Choice Hotels brand We had no power and hotels were limited if there was another choice I would have considered it. We were there 4 days. I had to pay for food everyday because of a lack of breakfast versus number of rooms that paid. Hotels always replenish breakfast bar depending on number of rooms paid. Numerous Veterans contract stipulation at hotel. Government contract versus individual paying customer. This property appreciates the long term while your day to day customer dollar is taken for granted.

The location is nice, it's near restaurants and gas stations and shopping. The beds were comfortable. But our entire experience was awful. I will never stay here again, nor will I recommend this place to anyone I know. There are multiple hotels up and down this street, Choose Wisely
-Well lit. I think that’s awesome for safety.
-Good, safe location. I never worried about our safety.
-Paid/laundry and vending room.
-Hotel Room was clean. Property looked kept up well.
-The staff was friendly.
-Convenient to getting off of the highway.
-No hold on credit/debit card.
-our room was in the inner (middle) area not facing the parking lot and we didn’t hear any loud noises
-air conditioning worked well
-budget friendly
the property was not clean. there was trash in the parking lot and on common pathways and courtyard area. It appears as though some folks may actually be living onsite. Even trash including personal care products like tips, floss, used band aids etc. Lots of activity at night. If you are looking for a cheap hotel to crash maybe but not good for families.
It was horrible l! Blood on the walls on the sheets. Pool and gym was closed. Staff smoking marijuana outside the door. Hotel smelled like marijuana. Breakfast counter tops where always dirty never being cleaned by staff. The carpets where stained in the hotel room. Was not good for kids to be around or see. I will be calling the better Business bureau
Location was convenient for what we needed to do, but the area was sketchy and the hotel was awful. It smelled awful, the rooms were very dirty, there were insects and animals in the bathroom. We even worried about living our car parked outside. Not a good place
Room was clean and hotel was in a good location for my trip. This was one of the most affordable hotels for a booking done on short notice. It is bare bones, but I was able to rest fairly well and continue my travels the following day.
absolutely nothing!! this hotel should burn down and get re-built for being such a disgusting place!! thank the lord we didn’t stay!! it smells horrible and the rugs are black!! don’t ever stay here!!
Standard accommodation. Clean and generally well maintained. A bit perfunctory. Lovely huge comfortable bed. Good breakfast although a bit of a scrum as very few tables for the size of the hotel.
Staff was very polite and professional, the breakfast was good with several choices. The hotel was clean and smelled good. Enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay here again.
What a wonderful historic house to stay in. Service was top notch, and the breakfast was excellent.
Short walk into Old Wethersfield.
Will absolutely stay there again.
It’s in a good area by restaurants, gas stations, stores, ect. it’s quiet & I feel safe here. Nobody bothers you here. Cheap rate close to Hartford within 15 mins.
