There was a bathtub in the room on the pictures given by booking.com and there wasn't one in the actual room. I have fibromyalgia and went to the hotel to use the pool, the hot tub and the bathtub in the room and was unable to have a bathtub in my room. Just for the record only the queen rooms have bathtubs in them. And all of the clean rooms were booked for that night so we couldn't be moved to be accommodated.

The property itself seemed very nice but when I went over to the pool area with my daughters which there was supposed to be adult supervision, approximately 10 young 14/15 year-old teenagers, were bouncing around in the pool diving splashing screaming, and there was no parent there to redirect them. It was very loud and noisy to appoint that we had to leave the swimming area.

The front office staff were awesome. They helped me a lot, made me feel welcomed, and were very professional. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean.

When I think of Ballys Hotel I think of fun excitement!
When I think of Ballys Hotel I think of fun excitement! Thought I would combine baseball trip with a date night my husband and I needed, we decided to travel from Mass to New York City (4 hr drive) for baseball camp. The hotels in the city costing a fortune we thought let’s stay at Twin Rivers in Ri. So 4 hour drive back to ri get there restaurant was closing in minutes(10pm). Parking completely under construction very far walk to car entrance was still under construction. Checked into room sheets stained only one person at desk so she had to move our room( walking down to front desk to grab new key). Then try and take a shower no hot water!!! So we can’t take showers! I guess I’ll take one in am. Again next day no hot water! I have never heard of a hotel running out of water.

We are both disabled .
We are both disabled .The hotel parking lot and main entrance was still under construction thus making the distance that we had to walk was much longer than we being disabled should be expected to do .This should be in their website so anyone with disabilities doesn’t run into this problem. Other than that the restaurants and casino are top notch.

I ate upstairs at Wicked Good and the food was very Good.
I ate upstairs at Wicked Good and the food was very Good. I had the Calamari and shrimp platter. I enjoyed everything. If your emergency doors were able to be used, that would be nicer and more convenient for the guests to the parking lot. The Casino is small and easy to get around. You really can't get lost at the Twin River Casino. I really enjoyed my stay!
What Breakfast? The Hotel did not have anywhere to even get coffee except that little thing in your room you call a coffee pot... They should at least install a breakfast and lunch area and maybe serve dinner for their Hotel Guests, Just saying because the hotel guests are kind of left out of the equation after booking their Hotel Room.. Pool Looked very inviting but did not use it... Have a Great Day...............

The rooms are too small and they were dirty the long walk from the hotel into the casino is too long for elderly patrons. the TV didnt work in the room. the pool is too small the rooms are way too small
The hotel was very nice, newly renovated. The room was huge. The location is very convenient. There are plenty of spots and restaurants around without all the Providence traffic.
