We enjoyed the overall town. We wish some things were open later as on Thursday evening nothing was open for us to grab some dinner. It was convenient to the highway and downtown Chicago which was perfect. Alot of the gas stations were dirty and not very clean.

Liked the convenience to the Allstate arena.
Liked the convenience to the Allstate arena. Parking left a lot to be desired. Had to park in the Bo Jackson sports parking lot and walk to the hotel. Didn’t appreciate guests drinking beer in the lobby. Room was very clean but did not appreciate that we had no chairs and table in the room .only had the bed and one place to put our clothes on.would not recommend anyone to stay at this place. Got the impression that we were bothering front desk people .

Easy access to the hi-way or use Grand Ave. to get downtown.
Easy access to the hi-way or use Grand Ave. to get downtown. I personally hate the stop and go on the expressways and at certain times it takes much longer to get from one place to another than the nice trip through town on Grand. The very quiet neighborhood where the hotel is located is a huge plus. You really will enjoy the good breakfast and if you like to workout their exercise room is really great.

Bensenville for me was a good distance from my event at the McCormick Place downtown Chicago. Although the shuttle at the hotel I stayed at made commuting daily to downtown easier the CTA was horrible.
If you're traveling for business and the area is close to your activities and you dont need sites, food variety, etc. then stay in Bensenville.
nothing because I travel a lot and stay in these hotels and this is the first time this happens to us the white women from the front desk asked us for a lot of things to check in and she didn’t let us buy anything from the snack bar this is the last time I reserve here ever since she saw us being Hispanic she changed her attitude with us she is racist
1. The front desk guy Peter is very helpful. He arranged frew pickup drop from Airport multiple times for us as we were visiting Chicago during odd hours. Hotel is at a very quiet location although ery close to Airport.
2. I would highly recommend it if visiting Chicago.
The room was a nice size. While I did not use the pool, it looked nice and was crowded at times. Compared to other hotels, the discounted price made the stay here worth it despite the negatives listed below. The airport shuttle is a nice perk as well.
I loved that there were suites with 2 double beds and a couch. Many hotels don‘t offer this. We also liked the pool & hot tub, breakfast, and having shuttle service to the airport. The staff was also flexible about letting us check-in early.
I was staying in this hotel 2 days, They didn’t give the payment receipt, I called and asked to send it in email more than 15 days over but they are not responding, I unable to submit for my office claim process
Very good hotel a short stay or an overnight layover. Just 20 minutes ride from the O'Hare Chicago Airport. very polite and helpful staff. Very communicative and ready to help with everything we needed.
The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfasts were worth getting up early for. The hotel shuttle service was also great and got us to and from the airport several times with no hassle at all.
It was easy to check in. The proximity to the airport was excellent for our early morning flight. There was nothing really spectacular about this hotel.
